Everyone says that it is important to take some time out of your hectic daily schedule just for yourself, but how many of us actually do it? It's my pleasure to give my clients at least an hour to do just that: to step outside the rat race and reconnect with themselves on every level. I am a graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and have been practicing massage for the past three years in a variety of settings, ranging from fitness clubs to chiropractor's offices, doing on-site work in hotels and corporate settings. I have been in private practice for just over a year now and am happy to call Apex home.
I've received additional training in pre/post natal massage, neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral therapy and reiki. Whether a one hour table massage or a 15-minute corporate chair massage, I enjoy drawing from these diverse experiences with a wide range of clients and modalities to create sessions that address the individual needs of each client.
I offer 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute sessions.
Prices are:30-minute session - $35
60-minute session - $60
90-minute session - $90
Packages and gift certificates are also available.

| Richard's interest in the Healing Sciences led him to study and integrate energy healing and massage techniques. He finds that energy work adds value and enhances massage in three important ways: |
- Clients achieve a deep release with less discomfort.
- Effects last much longer than massage alone.
- Clients reach a deep state of relaxation in less time.

| Richard has studied at the Mystical Sciences Institute, founded by Native American Healer Billie Topa Tate . This includes study of the Nomena Healing System. Nomena Healing combines Native American, Hindu, Reiki, Yogic and Tibetan Healing Wisdom. |
